• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Delivery Fee: PKR 250 nationwide.
• Free Shipping may be available during promotional campaigns or on selected products.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable) to track your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan. COD availability depends on the courier service and your delivery area.

Delayed or Lost Orders

Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the package and product. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.
